§ Sir OWEN PHILIPPSasked the President of the Board of Education what decision, if any, has been taken by the Government with regard to the Report of the Departmental Committee which was appointed in 1918 to make recommendations respecting a national scheme for the training of boys for the sea.
§ Mr. FISHERI hope to be in a position very shortly to state the views of the Government on this matter.
