KINLOCH-CO0KEasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he can now make any further announcement as to Recommendation No. 48 of the Jerram Report setting out that men invalided are to be awarded pensions in respect of length of service apart from any award in respect of disability; and, if the matter is still under consideration by the Treasury, will he communicate with that department and press for a decision?
§ Mr. LONGI regret that I am not yet able to make an announcement, the Question being still under consideration. We fully appreciate the urgency of the matter and have made representations in that sense.
