§ Mr. MORRISasked the Postmaster-General when he anticipates being able to pay the extra remuneration agreed to be paid for duty performed by night telephonists in excess of forty-five hours per week and call office attendants in excess of forty-eight hours per week, dating back from the 1st of January last, having regard to the fact that this money has been accumulating for nearly a year; and whether he can, under the circumstances, see his way to paying out these arrears before the Christmas holidays?
