§ Mr. WILKIEasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty if he is aware that a recent Admiralty Order makes provision for clerks and draughtsmen to have 18 days' leave annually with pay, and that mechanical writers engaged in foremen's offices in accordance with Article 153 of Professional Officers' Instructions are excluded by the Admiralty Order; and will he take steps to have the Order so amended as to include these mechanical writers within the Order as to the provision for annual leave with pay?
