§ Dr. MACNAMARAAt 19th November the number of unemployed ex-service men on the live register of Employment Exchanges in Ireland was 21,011, practically all of whom were in receipt of out-of-work donation. The total number unemployed was probably larger, but no figures are available except for those registered at Employment Exchanges.
