§ Sir H. GREENWOODThe Estate Commissioners have provided holdings for thirteen ex-service men in Ulster. No dwelling houses with plots have been provided for ex-service men by the Local Government Board. The necessary legal preliminaries to placing men in these houses with plots take considerable time. The Board have now prepared 54 schemes for all Ireland which includes provision for 1,142 cottages and allotments.
