§ Mr. ILLINGWORTHApplications for telephone facilities are dealt with in their chronological order, so far as the available plant permits. As spare wires may exist in one thoroughfare and not in another, the proposed statement would not serve any useful purpose. I am always prepared to make inquiry as regards any apparent preference.
