asked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that letters from Montreal and other near Canadian points. 933W often take twenty and generally fourteen days to reach London; and whether he will take steps in conference with the Canadian and United States authorities for the conveyance of letters by the fastest trans-Atlantic steamers?
