Sir A. BOSCAWENThe total number of German prisoners engaged in agriculture on 29th October was, as nearly as can be ascertained, 9,325, and is being reduced as rapidly as circumstances permit. The withdrawal of these men and their repatriation was seriously delayed by the railway strike.
