§ Mr. A. SHORTasked the Minister of Health whether demobilised, discharged, and members of the fighting forces on leave who are on the absent voters list are entitled to vote at the municipal elections?
§ Dr. ADDISONA person whose name is on the absent voters list can vote at the municipal elections if he is registered as a local government elector. If he is registered as a Parliamentary elector only he is of course not entitled to vote at the municipal elections.
