§ Mr. MONTAGUI do not see that anything would be gained by my hon. and gallant Friend's suggestion. The Committee, under the chairmanship of Lord Hunter, has been appointed by, and will report to, the Government of India, who will submit the Report to me for consideration. The Report will be published in India and in this country and laid before Parliament.
