§ Dr. ADDISONI have no information as to the cases to which my hon. and gallant Friend refers, and therefore cannot say whether they would come within the Increase of Rent and Mortgage Interest (War Restrictions) Acts. The question of the issue of an ejectment order in any case is one for the decision of the Court to whom application for the order is made, and I have no power to intervene in the matter.
