§ Mr. FISHERI do not accept the assumption underlying the hon. Member's question that abnormal distress will result from the termination of the donation; but1928W in any case local education, authorities are fully cognisant of their powers under the Education (Provision of Meals) Acts, and I do not think that occasion has arisen for such action as is suggested.
