§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe recommendations of the Dress and Uniform Committee are under consideration. It is hoped to make an announcement regarding mess dress for officers shortly. It has always been customary to allow officers in possession of old pattern uniform to continue to wear it for a certain period, usually five years, and in the event of any change in mess uniform being introduced this practice will continue.
