§ Mr. McCURDYNow that the quantities of spirits permitted to be released from bond are 75 per cent. of the clearances in 1916, I cannot agree that the position is as stated by the hon. Member. I may say, however, that the question of making a further modification in the present restrictions, which is a matter for the Cabinet and not the Food Controller to decide, is now being considered.
