REESasked the Secretary of State for War whether any case has come under his notice in which a provost marshal, who was previously a stockbroker or in business in London, acted in the discharge of his duties in Egypt during the War upon the principle that you cannot manage Egyptians without inflicting upon them corporal punishment?
