§ Viscount WOLMERasked the Secretary of State for War whether it is intended to award any medal similar to the 1914 and 1915 Star to those Territorials who volunteered for service abroad in 1914 and were sent to India; and whether he is aware that Lord Kitchener promised that these men should share the same honours as those who had been sent to France?
