§ Mr. WIGNALLasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that, although men who joined the Inns of Court Officers' Training Corps were given to understand that unless found incompetent or unsuitable they would be granted commissions in due course, the bulk of the corps have now been compulsorily and permanently transferred to the 5th Battalion King's Royal Rifles, now stationed at Rugely; whether all Colonial members of the corps were sent to No. 11 Officers' Cadet Battalion, Pirbright, given commissions, and then demobilised; and whether, in view of the fact that all officer cadet battalions have been demobilised, he will reconsider the action taken with respect to the Inns of Court Officers' Training Corps, and treat these men similarly?
