§ Mr. KELLAWAYAs and when stores and property are notified by the War Office as surplus to military requirements, the Commissioners of the Disposal Board in the various theatres of war advise the Board whether, in each case, they should be sold locally or otherwise. All sales, whether made locally or not, are advertised widely, so that all persons interested may have an opportunity of purchasing.
