§ Mr. CHURCHILLCircular letters were issued on the 20th November last and again on the 7th April, drawing the attention of medical officers to the great importance attached to this training, and in the latter case instructions were given to commands that every effort was to be made to meet the requirements of the education officers with regard to accommodation. Further instructions as to the provision of accommodation and the utilisation of recreation rooms, huts, dining halls, etc., were issued to commands on the 14th April.
