Upchurch and Company in Burleys Lane, Leicester, the Ministry is still in possession, and thereby preventing the employment of Messrs. Upchurch's workpeople; and whether he is aware that practically no use is being made of these premises by the Ministry, and that delay in restoring them to the firm is occasioned by dilatory and inefficient administration?
§ Mr. KELLAWAYThe premises in question were handed over to Messrs. Upchurch and Company on 28th April. The premises have been used for general storage, and there has been no avoidable delay in their surrender.
