§ Mr. CHURCHILLIf demobilisable under Army Order 55 he will be demobilised as rapidly as circumstances permit, and he need not make any application. If not demobilisable he can only be released on extreme compassionate grounds. An Army Council Instruction giving full instructions and procedure in compassionate cases is now being printed, and will be published broadcast.
