§ Sir R. HORNEThe total number of men in Great Britain on unemployment donation during the week ended the 18th April was as follows:
Civilian men 195,613 Men from His Majesty's Forces 333,200 With reference to the second part of the hon. Member's question, so far as my information goes, no prisoners of war are engaged at places where British workmen or labourers are at present available.
