HARMSWORTHasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he can see his way to provide means for the removal of the anomaly whereby ministers of the United Free Church of Scotland are required to pay Property Tax upon their manses on the highest scale, whilst the size of their stipends brings them within the lowest category of those liable to Income Tax?
