§ Mr. DONALDasked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware that the railway companies in Belfast have increased the workmen's tickets 33 1–3 per cent.; and, as this matter is causing great dissatisfaction amongst the working men in Belfast, will he take immediate steps to cancel this increase on the workmen's tickets?
