§ Mr. MacVEAGHasked the Lord Privy Seal whether his attention has been called to the statement of the Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture, in Ireland that in the event of the Government putting Home Rule in operation all the Unionist members of the Government will resign; whether this speech was delivered with the authority of the Government; and, if not, what steps will be taken to restrain the growing practice of members of the Government making unauthorised declarations of Government policy?
