§ Mr. HUGH MORRISONasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will consider the Amendment of the Old Age Pension Act, so as to provide that where an old age pensioner has no other income except the pension guardians be empowered to grant out-relief in addition to the pension, and that the relief so given will not disqualify the recipient from continuing to receive the old age pension?
