§ Dr. MACNAMARAI would refer my right hon. Friend to the reply given to the hon. Member for Rotherhithe on the 3rd March last, in which I stated that men who rendered whole-time service in the Royal Naval Anti-Aircraft Corps are eligible for the naval war gratuity. Those who served for half-time only are debarred unless they subsequently served in the Army or Navy, in which case they would be eligible for a gratuity assessed on the whole of their war service.
