Captain BROWNasked the Postmaster-General why the Post Office at Hexham, which is open for the sale of stamps on Sunday mornings, charges 6d. to those who make inquiries if there are letters awaiting them; and, in view of the fact that there is no Sunday delivery, if he will issue instructions to stop this charge until such time as a Sunday delivery is instituted?
