Mr. J. JONESasked the President of the Local Government Board whether he has received any complaints from West-hide, Hereford, regarding the system of drainage there; whether he is aware that the drains pass near the school and empty at a spot where milking-cows are kept; that some people living in the vicinity have died and others are ill; and whether he will take steps to have the matter investigated by an Inspector from his Department?
