§ Sir J. CRAIGMy hon. Friend is presumably referring to men who during the-War were transfered to "Class W" of the Reserve on the ground that their services were of more value in civil than in military employment. In the case of fatal accidents occurring to these men while in civil employment, their dependants are entitled to compensation from the employer on the same basis as the dependants of other civilian workers, Reservists being, in fact, civilians for all purposes other than that of possible recall to the Colours.
