§ Viscount WOLMERasked the Secretary of State for India whether representations were made to the General Staff at Simla in 1917, or before, as to the necessity of laying a pipe line to bring a supply of pure water to the camp site of Ali Masjid, and that nothing was done till cholera broke out there recently?
§ Mr. MONTAGUI have no knowledge of any such representations to the General Staff at Simla, but I will inquire.
