§ Mr. BALDWINI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to Class VI., 8 of the Civil Service Estimates and the note thereon, from which he will see that the estimated total cost of registration for the whole year is about £2,050,000. Half of this is borne by the Exchequer and half by local authorities.
