§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe relief of the troops at Aden will be carried out as soon as possible by Regular troops from home in the same manner as other garrisons in distant stations. In the meantime the release of soldiers eligible for demobilisation will be proceeded with according to the programme recently announced. I regret the unavoidable delay which has occurred.
