§ Mr. EDWARD KELLYasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he is aware that Hugh Gallagher, of Cruckakechan, Meenbanid, county Donegal, was on the 13th March last granted an old age pension by the Dungloe, county Donegal, pension committee, and that since that date nothing has been done by the Local Government Board to dispose of the case; and will he inquire into the cause of the delay?
§ Mr. MACPHERSONThe papers relating to this case were not received by the Local Government Board until 28th June, although the appeal was received on 18th March last.
