§ Mr. EDWARD KELLYasked the Pensions Minister whether a decision has yet been reached on the appeal of Private Joseph Hamilton, late No. 80056, 267th Company, Royal Defence Corps, who appealed about six months ago for an increase of pension; and whether he is aware that the report of the local war pensions committee was forwarded four months ago?
§ Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANSI regret that in the absence of the completed documents supporting the appeal it has not been possible to come to a decision in this case. The report recently stated to have been sent in by the local war pensions committee on 17th April, 1919, has not come to hand. A copy is being obtained, however, and the appeal will then be pressed forward for an early hearing by the tribunal.
