§ Mr. SWANasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that dissatis- 1812W faction is being caused throughout the country by the promotion of junior Post Office officials over the heads of colleagues of greater age, ability, and experience; whether many of the men passed over are on active service; and whether, in view of the widespread character of the complaint, he will cause careful inquiries to be made into the underlying causes?
