§ Mr. FISHERI am aware of the strong desire in the locality for the provision of a secondary school as soon as possible. A site was approved by the Board in July, 1914, but during the War it was not possible to make any further progress. I understand that the local education authority, who are in agreement with the Board as to the desirability of the provision, are now considering the steps which can be taken to give effect to the proposal in the immediate future.
