§ Mr. FORESTIER-WALKERasked the Secretary to the Treasury if he will state the reason for refusing permission to certain persons in Abergavenny to float a private company for the purpose of erecting a flour mill in that district; whether he is aware that the Monmouthshire War Executive Committee wrote recommending that sanction be given on the grounds that it was a matter of great importance to the agricultural community in and around the district; and whether he will now reconsider his decision?
