§ Mr. McCURDYUnder Section 13 of the New Ministries and Secretaries Act, 1916, the office of Food Controller, and the Ministry of Food, will cease to exist on the termination of a period of twelve months after the conclusion of the present War, or such earlier date as may be fixed by His Majesty in Council.
