§ Mr. CHURCHILLI have been asked to reply. I understand that Colonel Bermondt has visited Berlin since giving up command of the Russo-German forces in the Baltic States; but I am not aware of the object of his visit. The question whether any elements of the forces recently under the control of Colonel Bermondt will be encouraged to join the Russian North-West Army must necessarily depend on the local situation.
