§ Sir A. GEDDESThe revised prices of coal for bunkering vessels in the coastwise trade and fishing trawlers apply to coal dispatched from the pit-head on and after the 1st December, and represent substantial reductions in the prices hitherto charged for bunker coal for these classes of vessels. I regret that I am unable to grant the further concession now suggested by the hon. and gallant Member.
