§ Mr. BALDWINUnder the provisions of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 1915, this duty ceased to be earmarked to the Road Improvement Fund. The course to be proposed for the future is being examined, and will be further considered on receipt of the Report from a Departmental Committee of the Ministry of Transport which is now sitting.
