§ Dr. ADDISONFour members have so far been appointed to the Welsh Board of Health; one, the chairman, permanent, and two members, temporary, who receive the same emoluments as were paid to them as Insurance Commissioners for Wales. The fourth member is the Housing Commissioner for Wales. This appointment is temporary and the holder draws a salary of £1,000 a year. The details of the number and scales of pay of the staff of the Welsh Board of Health are set out in the Supplementary Estimate (page 25) presented to Parliament on the 17th July last. The future establishment for the Welsh Board of Health is not yet settled; it is, in fact, being considered in consultation with the Treasury.
