HC Deb 11 December 1919 vol 122 c1635W
Mr. CHARLES EDWARDS

asked the Prime Minister if he will consider the removal of the restrictions on clubs in Monmouthshire, which prevents them from supplying intoxicating liquors on Sundays as they were accustomed to do before the War; and, if not, will he receive a deputation from these bodies on that point?

Mr. BONAR LAW

My right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Education has already arranged to receive a deputation representing clubs in South Wales and Monmouthshire in connection with the proposed legislation relating to the sale and supply of intoxicating liquor.
