§ Mr. KELLAWAYI have been asked to answer this question. My hon. Friend's suggestion has already been considered, and it has been decided that the expense involved in the use of tarpaulins for the protection of these second-hand lorries, which are taken into the works as rapidly as possible for reconditioning, would not be justified.
