KELLYasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will state the names of the industrial collecting societies registered in Ireland and of the similar companies registered under the Friendly Societies Acts; the amounts of the deposits made by such companies and the names of the companies which have made such deposits and the amount deposited by each company; the names of the assurance companies registered in Ireland and the classes of insurance business which each is authorised to undertake; and the amounts of the deposits made by each assurance company and the sums deposited by each company in respect of each class of authorised business?
§ Sir H. GREENWOODThe following statement gives the information respecting assurance companies registered in Ireland under the Companies Acts which is asked for in the last part of the question. With regard to the first part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to my hon. Friend the Secretary to the Treasury:
