THORNEasked the Food Controller if his attention has been called to a statement made by one of the Poplar town councillors at the meeting held at the Poplar borough council on Thursday, 27th November, that one firm threw from 1,000 to 2,000 gallons of skimmed milk down the drains every day; and if he will make representation to the Poplar town council about the matter?
