§ Mr. CLOUGHasked the Prime Minister whether before the House rises he will be able to make a statement as to the progress of the later Peace negotiations in Paris; whether he will also give some idea as to when the three outstanding treaties with Austria, Bulgaria, and Turkey will be concluded; and whether the Entente Powers will take into consideration the desirability of specifying a time-limit to wind up these protracted negotiations?
