§ Mr. CHURCHILLAs I have already stated, men who arrived in India from Mesopotamia will be amongst the first to be released upon the arrival of the reinforcements which are being sent out from the United Kingdom. The reinforcements are now commencing to arrive in India, and 1,000 of these men have already commenced their journey home.
